The Harmony Jubilee Artisan Market prides itself on hosting local artisans who produce homemade, handmade, or homegrown goods. The Artisan Market is held on Saturday from 10am-5pm. Below are some of the artisans who have participated in previous Harmony Jubilee Artisans Market.

Interested in Being a Vendor?
The Artisan Market showcases the handmade/homemade goods and wares of local artists and crafters. In an effort to maintain the highest quality of locally hand-crafted products, bought-and-resold items are not permitted.*
If you would like to participate as a vendor, please fill out and submit the Artisan Vendor Application Form along with your Vendor Fee (payable to Harmony Jubilee) by September 16th, 2019 at 4 PM. The Artisan Market Committee will then review the application and contact you when approved.
If you are a FOOD VENDOR, you will need to complete the food service permit application and the Food Vendor Application Form and submit it to the Ben Hill County Health Department for approval. Please allow sufficient time for processing.

*exceptions can be made for vendors whose proceeds (all or part) will be given to local charity. Items must be made in the USA and of exceptional quality. Applicants are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the discretion of the Artisan Market Committee. Please indicate on your application the percentage of proceeds that will be given and the name of the charity.

Event Day Details for Vendors
On Saturday, September 28th, Paulk Park Campgrounds will open at 8am for vendors to begin setting up for market, which opens at 10am. Directions to Paulk Park Campgrounds can be found here. Volunteer Staff will greet you upon your arrival and give you your booth location. All vendors need to be set up and ready by 9:30am and remain set up until 5pm. The Artisan Market showcases the handmade/homemade goods and wares of local artists and crafters. Paulk Park Campgrounds has bathroom facilities located at the depot. Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, fans, etc. Water and power are available, but you will need to bring a 50-ft hose/extension cord to reach it.
